At Limetto, we strive to deliver high-quality leads tailored to your freelance skills. Due to the nature of our service, we follow a strict no-refund policy.

1. No Refunds

All payments are final. We do not offer refunds for:

  • Partial use of the monthly plan

  • Unused leads

  • Cancellations after billing

2. Billing Responsibility

You are responsible for managing and canceling your subscription in time to avoid renewal charges.

3. Delivery Issues

If no leads were delivered due to a technical error on our side, please email us within 7 days of your billing date. We may review your case for exception at our discretion.
